Shipping Policy

SHIPPING: Currently, we only provide shipping with the United States. Worldwide shipping will be offered soon. Please allow 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed and 2-5 business days for shipping. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is sent.

MISTAKES DURING CHECKOUT: If you make a mistake with your delivery address when placing your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so that we can make the corrections before shipping your order. If a tracking number has already been sent to you and the package has been shipped there is nothing we can do.  Finding Ruby is not responsible for orders with incorrect delivery details.

Please note that if you give an incorrect address at checkout we are not liable if it then goes missing, and if the item is returned to us, you will be responsible for any redelivery costs.
